Shipping origin

Haloru orders are fulfilled and shipped from China to customers in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping destination and cost

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. All shipping options shown at checkout for U.S. orders are free, including Standard and Express where available. The final shipping cost is displayed before you complete checkout.

Estimated delivery

Standard transit time is estimated at 8–14 business days after shipment. Including order processing, the estimated total delivery time is 9–17 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@haloru.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
