Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Destination and Rate
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping costs US$1 for orders of US$1 or more.

Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 8–14 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible at lizuliang10@gmail.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Customs and Import Charges
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that apply at destination are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
